Here we come with our third newsletter. Roger Lynch, Chico Rodriguez and I took a trip down to Clinton Ohio. Just a little bit south west of Akron where the Ohio Veterans Memorial Park is located. The memorial park is for all of Ohio and has all the names of all Ohio veterans who died as a result of the Vietnam War. It is about half finished right now and the individual there told us what is planned next summer to complete it. Right now it is beautiful and I know it will be awsome when complete. I will be going next Veterans Day. This last Veterans Day they didn't have a program because they were not ready for one. We are into our K-Mart fund raiser for the next weekends until the 20th of December. That is Friday - Saturday - and Sunday. We run it from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you don't have anything to do on any of those days, feel free to stop in and help us. Call Ken Sundberg at 440-576-9560 or Leroy Hutchinson at 440-46601747. We could use any help you can give us. Even help us sell tickets. Valarie is going to leave us. Not forever as she will stop in from time to time. She has done an outstanding job while she was with us and we really appreciate her efforts. However, we will be needing a booth chairman and a secretary. If you would like to give us a hand we would appreciate it. I'am sure Valarie would transition you into the job. As it is every December, we don't have a meeting, so we will see you in Janurary. I hope for you a very merry Christmas and a safe happy New Year and I'll see you next year.
